• marathichristian.com does not conduct / facilitate or arrange matches or marriages. We only provide a platform to list/advertise candidate profiles of aspiring Grooms / Brides from the Marathi Christian Community who are of legal age for marriage and who want their profiles to be available to match seekers who may contact them.
• Thouhg marathichristian.com strives to gather as many candidates as possible to ensure matches for all paid candidates , we do not guarantee availability of matches for any candidate.
• The quota of 'Contact Views' and 'Expressions of Interests' allotted to each candidate has to be consumed within the Package time limit and cannot not be carried forward. In case the quota is exhausted before the time limit, candidate can request for 'Top Ups' as per prevailing charges
• Though marathichristian.com endeavours to verify the credentials of candidates registering on the site, our verification process is limited to verifying with Church and References. We strongly advice all members to conduct proper verification of candidate credentials (including education, job etc) before engaging in any interaction with prospective matches. marathichristian.com is indemnified from any adverse repercussions of any such interaction on the site
• Data is registered by individuals and consultants. Consultant charges may apply on consultant's candidates
• Prices, Packages and Payment Modes are subject to change
• Responding to any Expression of Interest to Candidates is purely the discretion of the candidate and marathichristian.com does not guarantee the same
• Making payment does not mean the resgistration is automatically approved. Only after our verification shall the approval be processed. The approval/rejection shall be purely at the discretion of marathichristian.com.
• Though some of the reasons for rejection of candidate profile are (the list is not exhaustive) - candidate is not from the Marathi Christian Community, wrong information provided, candidate may be found to have illegal/immoral/anti social/criminal/terrorist background, misuse of the portal, non payment of proper dues etc. It is not bound on marathichristian.com to explicitly furnish any reasons for rejection of candidate profiles
• It is the responsibility of the candidate to intimate marathichristian.com in writing by mail or email if they want to delete or withdraw their profile from the site
• It is the responsibility of the candidate to intimate marathichristian.com when they get married so that their profile is removed from the site.
• Payments once made are non refundable
• Any dispute shall be subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction
